Prototype Privacy Notice

Purpose and controller

Micro Open Galleries uses this prototype to explain the initiative and privately collect expressions of interest. The legal or operating name of the data controller and jurisdiction statement must be confirmed before public launch.

Information collected

Public teaser viewing requires no registration. If you register, the Site verifies the email you enter with a short one-time code. A user name is optional for Simple Registration and required for a full Creator, Host, or Both form. Optional full-form information may include general location, proposed public address or venue, preferred language, Hosting format, chronology and public-space choices, ways of creating and the form a Creative Work may take, and other proposal details.

Storage and email delivery

The primary record is stored in the Site’s D1 database. After explicit consent, a permitted registration snapshot is sent through Resend to sblock.org@gmail.com. Resend and Google may process the message while transmitting and hosting it. Registration data is not sent to an AI model.

Access, use and publicity

Only allowlisted Micro Open Galleries administrators may access registrations. Information is not published, sold, used for advertising, popularity scoring or behavioral tracking.

Retention and deletion

A 24-month retention review is proposed and requires approval. It applies to both D1 and matching Gmail messages. A deletion request remains pending until an administrator removes the personal D1 record, deletes matching Gmail messages and confirms both steps.

Your choices

After authentication, you may review, correct, withdraw or request deletion of your registration. Contact sblock.org@gmail.com with privacy questions.
